Barry Stidham - Chairman - bstidham@mycaba.org
Barry is a Colorado native and began his flying career at the age of 16, learning to fly at what is now the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. He has been involved in Corporate aviation since 1994 in a wide variety of roles and currently he is the Director of Aviation and Chief Pilot at Ball Corporation. Barry attended Colorado State University for his undergraduate degree and Regis College for his Masters in Business Administration. Barry and his beautiful wife and 3 children live in Broomfield.

MacKenzie Kelly - Vice Chair - mkelly@mycaba.org
After moving to Colorado to attend Colorado State University, MacKenzie began her aviation career with Segrave Aviation based out of North Carolina in 2006. There, she built a foundation as a scheduler and an aviation business professional. She found an opportunity to return to the Rockies with International Jet. She spent a year with them prior to moving to Mayo Aviation where she was able to become certified as a FAA Dispatcher and continue her growth as a professional at Centennial Airport. Now, MacKenzie works as Manager of Professional Services for FlightApps a company that specializes in application hosting, IT solutions, and consulting specifically for aviation companies. MacKenzie has acted as the Project Director of CABA’s flagship event, Aviation Saves. She has been actively involved in CABA for more than four years now and was elected to the position of Secretary after her hard work with Aviation Saves/ Colorado Aviation Week, and the Educational Outreach Committee where she was able to help develop CABA’s Scholarship Fund.

Brian Moss - Treasurer - bmoss@mycaba.org
Mr. Moss has over ten years of experience in business aviation and is currently a flight coordinator with Solairus Aviation. Prior to joining Solairus in 2009 he worked in charter sales for TAG Aviation and SportsFlight Air. Mr. Moss has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Norwich University in Vermont and an MBA from University of the Pacific in northern California. Mr. Moss has been active in CABA, working on committees for Aviation Saves 2011, the 2011 holiday party and charity drive, and is a member of CABA’s Schedulers & Dispatchers group.

Mike Straka, PhD - Secretary - mstraka@mycaba.org
Mike has always had a passion for aircraft and aviation, photographing many air shows in his hometown of Reading, PA, and numerous other airports. Mike graduated from Penn State and then earned his PhD from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. After some years as a research scientist, Mike left the academic world and jumped into website programming and design. In 2005 Mike finally decided to follow his dream and became a Private Pilot. Since then he has earned the Instrument Ground Instructor certificate and continues progress toward the CFI. Mike has been active with CABA since January 2011, and currently serves as Chair of the Marketing Communications Committee. He helps manage the website, writes the monthly newsletter, and has worked on many event planning committees.

Brittany Davies - Past Chairwoman - bdavies@mycaba.org
A Colorado native, Ms. Davies has a strong passion for this organization and the state’s aviation community. Brittany currently works in Charter Sales for Mayo Aviation.  With 12 years of business aviation experience, Brittany has a background in customer relations and business development. She has spanned the scope of aviation from scheduling charter to flying as an aerial photography pilot. Brittany holds a Bachelors of Science in Aviation Technology from Metropolitan State College of Denver and is a multi-commercial pilot. She also serves on the board of Women in Aviation- Mile High Chapter and volunteers much of her time to VFW Post 9644.

Reggie Arsenault - Past Chairman - rarsenault@mycaba.org
Mr. Arsenault began his aviation career as a student at the University of North Dakota. At UND he received his BS in Aeronautical Science with a focus on Professional Flight. Reggie worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Program Manager and after two years on the East Coast, the call of the Rockies was too strong. Jeppesen recruited Reggie back to Colorado in order to Manage the Business Aviation Service team. Reggie has since moved his way up through the company and now serves as the Senior Manager of Sales & Service for Jeppesen's Business and General Aviation team. Reggie has been an active member of CABA since 2008, initially serving on the S&D committee. Reggie also has his Master's Degree in Information Technology from Regis University.

Iver Retrum - Past Chairman (2007-2010)- iretrum@mycaba.org
Mr. Retrum was the acting Chairman of CABA from 2007 to 2010, overseeing the association's formal reinvigoration and eventual transition to the Colorado Aviation Business Association. Currently Mr. Retrum serves as Director of Marketing and Sales for SunBorne Development, LLC. Mr. Retrum has 15 years of aviation related work experience, 9 of those years being specific to aviation marketing and sales. Since receiving his Bachelors of Science in Aviation Technology from Metro State College of Denver, Mr. Retrum has worked in a variety of aviation specific roles with such companies as Signature Flight Support, Inc and ARINC, Inc. Mr. Retrum also has a passion for aviation and currently holds a commercial/instrument and certified flight instructor certificate.

Scott Dulaney - Membership Director - sdulaney@mycaba.org
Scott served in the US Navy as a Submarine Radioman aboard the USS New York City. He then was an owner and Project Manager at JLM Products & Design in Larkspur, where he was a Certified Welding Inspector and program manager overseeing the welding and production of various stainless steel alloy components in support of national defense nuclear weapons programs. Currently he is Director of Business Development at Mayo Aviation, where he is an enthusiastic sales professional specializing in aircraft management, charter aircraft sales, and resolution of complex aircraft transportation and ownership investment problems. Scott's many relationships within the aviation community enable him to be very valuable on the Membership Committee.

Chris Leach - cleach@mycaba.org
Chris is an attorney in the practice of Moye White LLP. With a decade of experience as a trial attorney, Chris represents a wide range of businesses, including many in the aviation industry. Chris’ experience ranges from complex contract, employment, construction, financial, corporate governance and real estate disputes to statutory violations and insurance coverage. Chris also has substantial experience in defending personal injury lawsuits. A licensed pilot with experience in the aviation industry, Chris guides clients through aircraft acquisitions and represents aviation-related companies in a variety of commercial disputes. Outside of the office, Chris enjoys flying competitive aerobatics in his Pitts S1-S.

Mr. Langfeldt has over 35 years of CFO and executive management, of which 20 years has been in business aviation. His experience in FBO and Charter management brings sound business skills and an understanding of aircraft pilots and owners concerns. He is recently retired from Wetzel Aviation.

Chris Swathwood - cswathwood@mycaba.org
Mr. Swathwood grew up in Colorado and graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a degree in aviation technology. During college Mr. Swathwood served as Vice President of Alpha Eta Rho, a professional aviation fraternity, where he worked on furthering the cause of aviation. Mr. Swathwood has held a number of positions within the aviation industry from aviation tech support with Jeppesen, to sales with Aircell, and new and used aircraft sales with Quest Aircraft Company and Jet Advisors.

Malachi O'Neill - moneill@mycaba.org 
Malachi’s initial aviation experience came as a hang gliding pilot and instructor near the dunes at Kitty Hawk. He holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a minor in meteorology. Malachi has been with Mountain Aviation for six years, currently as Marketing & Business Development Manager and has previously worked for Jeppesen. Malachi is a certified flight instructor (CFI), aircraft dispatcher, and multi-engine and instrument-rated commercial pilot. Malachi has been an active member of the Colorado aviation community and with CABA, where he currently is Co-Chair of the Marketing Communications Committee.

Kenn Kline - kkline@mycaba.org
Mr. Kline hails from an aviation family, and has been involved with aviation for over thirty-four years. Mr. Kline is a founding member of Black Canyon Jet Center, the Montrose, Colorado FBO, where he currently manages customer service and aviation services operations. Mr. Kline is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, where he specialized in a diverse set of assignments, including tactical air control, aerospace defense, and special operations. He also served as a command staff advisor. Apart from aviation, he entered private business in 1997 as a partner with StrateGen, Inc., a business transformation consulting company in Alaska.
