FAA to Present on Upcoming Airspace Changes Around Denver

Operators Urged to Attend

Dear CABA Members and Friends,

On July 6, 2016, we sent a CABA Alert email informing you of a project currently underway to overhaul the airspace in and around the Denver area called, "Denver Metroplex".  This redesign will undoubtedly impact many of our members and everyone else operating in and out of the Denver area. CABA has taken an active role by attending meetings with the FAA and working with local pilot groups, NBAA and local airport managers to address our collective concerns.  

The FAA Metroplex Team in charge of the Denver airspace redesign has agreed to a meeting on September 22, 2016 to discuss this project with our members and give us a chance to ask questions and better understand the proposed changes.  We are especially urging our operator members to attend this meeting. In particular, we ask that you send your Directors of Operations, Chief Pilots, line pilots and managers to attend this meeting.  

Our goal for this meeting is not only to keep our members informed, but to lend credibility to the size, scope and strength of the CABA organization.  Your attendance is critical.
