Precision Aircraft Management is seeking an individual seeking growth with an exciting organization with a long history of aircraft management and a new charter certificate as of May 2018. This new role will work with both the Office Manager and the Director of Aircraft Services to assist in day to day operations with the opportunity for more in-depth involvement.
Assisting the Office Manager in the following:
- Purchasing for aircraft stock, office supplies and maintaining accurate inventory
- Reconciling expense report with credit card statements
- Maintaining HR Files
Assisting the Director of Aircraft Services in the following:
- Scheduling and logistics of 7 aircraft utilizing LevelFlight
- Sourcing and securing off-fleet aircraft
- Confirming arrival/departure times with FBOs and obtaining fees
- Booking rental cars and hotels as requested
- Working with various aircraft owners, their associates, aircraft operators and charter brokers to maintain the highest level of customer service
- Arranging catering if needed
- Coordinate any changes with passengers and communicating to crew
- Working with DO, Chief Pilot and DOM to ensure all aircraft, crew and operators fall within legality and/or company restrictions
- Willingness to understand charter quoting and sales process
- Covering requests and changes both after hours and on weekends
- Working holidays as needed
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in administration
- Previous experience in aviation field or equivalent education Strong communication skills
- FAA Dispatch License
